Comment by Daniel Dyer on October 3, 2012 at 4:13pm: Work&Learn 2010 graduate Mario Alexis, Sr. said he would be willing to give an informational interview to James. Mario worked at Metro Cast Cable, Waterford, CT, as Cable Technician and field supervisor in computer satellite dish networking from June 2009 and previously had his own business connected with Verizon as owner/operator of MD Electronics LLC from his home May 2000 to June 2006 when he closed the business. Mario is a member of Huntington St. Baptist Church.

He has had telephone interview with RockTenn, a corrugated cardboard mfr in Uncasville doing the same kind of strenuous work James did for a similar company 10 years ago in New Haven. It would be good pay, four 12-hour shifts rotating between AM and PM, with 8 hours overtime. He also wants to contact East Coast Cable Communications in Plainville, which has some connection with Metrocast in this area, same company Mario Alexis is affiliated with.
