Mentoring

During the classes Mentors lead small group discussions, asking each Participant several questions from the Course Workbook about the Biblical principles the Pastor has just covered.

Coaches also advise Participants in career skills and the steps that lead to successful employment or volunteer work. 

Mentors are part of the Support Team for each course and hold their own training and planning meeting before each series of classes begins.
