WHO IS WORK & LEARN?

Work & Learn, Inc. is a Bible-based organization served by men and women who desire to see every individual achieve their potential.

We are volunteers helping the unemployed and underemployed transform their lives by teaching them to recognize their God-given skills and abilities.

We are mem­bers of your community, members of the Church, and professionals in various industries.

We are active and retired, military and ci­vilian, laypeople and pastors.

We are here to support you fully and help you reach your fullest poten­tial spiritually, personally, and pro­fessionally.

HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?

By working with you each week for two hours at a time and being avail­able in between classes for ques­tions, we will guide you through the 12 weeks.

We will teach you several key elements to spiritual revival and relate them to the real-world work­ing environment so you can under­stand that religion is not about fol­lowing a prescribed set of steps but about having a personal relationship with God that allows you to have Christ with you at all times, in every situation, whether at work or play.

 “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for hu­man masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.”     Colossians 3:23-24

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM US?

We are committed to seeing you become the person God des­tined you to be.

To do this, we commit to the following:

• Each Trustee and Mentor will pray for you.

•  Each Mentor will be available for at least one hour to help you in between classes to pray, talk, help you with your practical skills, or re­view the scriptural content.

•  Each Speaker / Instructor will be committed to the program’s mission and will pro­vide supplemental infor­mation to enhance the homework you have com­pleted each week or provide information to assist you with the next week’s home­work.

• A Trustee or Mentor will fol­low up with you after your graduation to ensure your continued success.
